I have been trying to read up on the process of ketosis and scientific studies on the many questions that exist out there. Well i can definately say that it is way too complicated for me to post anything on, i will leave it to the experts.

The best i can do is conclude that Ketosis is real, we are designed to do it, it is not dangerous and it's what we store all this fat for in the first place.
